Reclip

Privacy Policy

Private-beta policy
This document describes the service that is currently deployed. Proposed paid plans and provider-backed processing do not take effect until those features are enabled.

IN PLAIN LANGUAGE

We store the account and workspace data you submit, private uploads and support messages. We do not sell that data. Automated retention and self-service deletion are not yet available.

What we collect

Your name, email, authentication records and workspace settings; URLs you submit; files you upload; records created by the application; and support messages you send. Billing records, platform connection tokens and processing results are not collected while those features remain disabled.

Uploaded files

Files you upload are stored in private object storage with access controlled by workspace membership. Automated processing and timed deletion are not live. Until those controls are released, contact privacy@reclipco.com to request deletion.

Connected accounts

Platform connections are not live and Reclip does not currently request platform OAuth tokens. Before launch, each connection will document its scopes, use the platform's official authorisation flow and provide revocation controls.

Processors

Supabase currently provides authentication, database and private object storage, and Resend provides transactional email. Hosting will be listed here when production deployment is complete. Payment, analytics, error-reporting and speech-to-text providers have not been selected.

Retention

Account and workspace data is retained while the private beta operates or until deletion is requested. Support records may be retained when needed for security, abuse prevention or legal obligations. A documented automated retention schedule is required before general availability.

Your rights

Self-service account export and deletion are not live. Email privacy@reclipco.com to request access, correction or deletion. Requests are handled subject to identity verification and applicable law.
