Privacy Policy
IN PLAIN LANGUAGE
We store the account and workspace data you submit, private uploads, generated exports and support messages. We do not sell that data. Self-service account deletion is not yet available.
What we collect
Your name, email, authentication records and workspace settings; URLs you submit; files you upload; metadata and processing records created by the application; generated exports; and support messages you send. Reclipco does not currently collect card details or platform OAuth tokens because checkout and connected accounts are not live.
Uploaded files
Files you upload and exports Reclipco creates are stored in private object storage with access controlled by workspace membership. Export links expire after seven days. Source-file deletion and physical cleanup are handled separately from link expiry; contact privacy@reclipco.com for an account or source deletion request.
Connected accounts
Platform connections are not live and Reclipco does not currently request platform OAuth tokens. Before launch, each connection will document its scopes, use the platform's official authorisation flow and provide revocation controls.
Processors
Supabase provides authentication, database and private object storage. Vercel provides application hosting and background delivery infrastructure. Resend is configured for transactional email once the sending domain is verified. Reclipco does not currently use a payment processor or a production speech-to-text provider.
Retention
Account and workspace data is retained while the private beta operates or until deletion is requested. Support records may be retained when needed for security, abuse prevention or legal obligations. A documented automated retention schedule is required before general availability.
Your rights
Signed-in users can download a machine-readable export of their profile, settings, created sources, timestamped transcript evidence, processing records and related account data from Settings. Email privacy@reclipco.com to request correction or deletion; deletion still requires identity and workspace-ownership review.
