Reclip

Terms of Service

Private-beta policy
This document describes the service that is currently deployed. Proposed paid plans and provider-backed processing do not take effect until those features are enabled.

IN PLAIN LANGUAGE

Use Reclip to read public pages and to process content you own. Do not use it to redistribute other people's media. We can suspend accounts that do.

Using the service

Reclip is currently a private-beta service. Account, workspace and private-upload features are available; platform inspection, transcription, media processing and payments remain disabled until their production release gates pass. You are responsible for the links you submit and files you upload, including having the right to process them.

What you may process

Inspection of publicly viewable pages is permitted. Export, download, conversion and clip generation are restricted to files you upload and accounts you have connected and control. Circumventing that restriction is a breach of these terms.

Plans and payment

Pricing shown on this site is a non-binding early-access preview. Reclip does not currently accept payment. Final plan terms, taxes, renewal behaviour and the payment processor will be disclosed at checkout before paid access opens.

Refunds

There are no live purchases to refund during private beta. A final refund policy will be published before checkout is enabled and will apply to purchases made under that policy.

Suspension

Accounts used to redistribute third-party media, to evade platform restrictions, or to process content the account holder has no rights to may be suspended without refund.

Liability

Reclip is provided as-is. We do not warrant that transcripts are error-free, and you should verify any quotation against the source before publishing it.
